Chef's Recipe
Amritsari Pindi Chhole
- Boil chickpeas with a tea bag to achieve a rich, dark color.
- Create a dry masala base with onions, ginger, and 2 tbsp Bari Fresh Chhole Masala.
- Toss the boiled chickpeas into the dry base and let them roast for 10 minutes.
