Dhaba Style Dal Fry
  1. Boil toor dal (pigeon peas) until completely soft.
  2. In a separate pan, temper ghee with onions, tomatoes, and 1.5 tbsp Bari Fresh Dal Masala.
  3. Pour the spiced tempering over the boiled dal and simmer for 5 minutes.

Pro-Tip: Add the tempering (tadka) immediately before serving to keep the aromas incredibly fresh.
