Chef's Recipe

Instant Mango Pickle
  1. Chop 2 raw green mangoes into small cubes.
  2. Heat 1/2 cup of mustard oil to smoking point, then let it cool completely.
  3. Mix the mangoes with 3 tbsp Bari Fresh Pickle Masala and the cooled oil. Let it sit in the sun for 2 days.

Pro-Tip: Ensure your mixing bowl and spoon are completely dry. Even one drop of water can ruin a batch of pickle.
