Udupi Style Sambhar
  1. Boil toor dal and assorted vegetables (drumsticks, carrots, pumpkin).
  2. Extract tamarind juice and bring to a boil.
  3. Mix 2 tbsp Bari Fresh Sambhar Masala with water, add to the stew, and simmer until thick.
